Welcome to Nalo Seed. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if you misuse the site or violate these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and visuals, is the property of Nalo Seed or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or reproduce any content without written permission.
3. Service Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our services. However, we reserve the right to make changes, improvements, or corrections to offerings without prior notice. Pricing and availability are also subject to change.
4. SMS & Text Messaging Program
Nalo Seed offers AI-powered business assistants that communicate via SMS text messaging. By texting a Nalo Seed AI assistant phone number, you agree to the following:
- Program Name: Nalo Seed AI Assistant SMS
- Description: Conversational AI assistant that responds to customer inquiries via text message
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction. You will only receive messages in response to texts you send.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Opt-Out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number you are messaging. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Links to Third Parties
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Calendly or social platforms). We're not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties.
6. Disclaimers
All information provided on our site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy or completeness of the content. Use our content and services at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nalo Seed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or services, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. By continuing to use the site after changes are made, you accept those updated terms.
9. Mission Control App
These terms also cover the Mission Control app for iPhone and Android (Mission Control by Nalo Seed), run by Nalo Seed LLC in Round Rock, Texas. By using the app, you agree to this section and the rest of these terms.
Your account
Your account is issued by the business you work with. That business decides who can use Mission Control and what each role can see. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.
Acceptable use in team chat
Rooms are for work. Do not post anything that:
- Harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone
- Attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age, including slurs
- Is sexual, violent or graphic
- Is spam, a scam or malicious software
- Shares someone else’s private information without their permission
- Breaks the law or someone else’s rights
Do not try to reach data your role does not allow, or interfere with the app or its servers.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
The app refuses messages that contain some offensive language. To report a message, press and hold it and tap Report message. To block someone, press and hold one of their messages and tap Block. Reports go to your business’s owners and admins, who aim to review them within 24 hours and can remove a message for everyone. Nalo Seed may also remove content that breaks these terms. See Mission Control support for the steps.
Ending your account
Your business can turn off your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account in the app or from our delete your account page.
No warranty
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that every notification will arrive. Sections 6 and 7 above apply to the app too.
Texas law
The laws of the State of Texas govern your use of the app and these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules.
